Since 2021, our PARIPURNA-accredited 24/7 facility has served more than 19,000 patients, combining international clinical standards with the only real in-patient department in Kuta.
Our strength is reach. A dedicated rescue fleet — two fully equipped ambulances with advanced life support, a rapid-response medical car, ATV quads, medical motorcycles, and a rescue jetski — together with our beach tower and lifeguards covering Kuta and Mandalika shores, ensures we reach the patient within minutes, whether on the road, in the bush, or in the water. We are the official medical standby for MotoGP, international events, and major surfing contests.
In-house, we provide emergency care, digital X-Ray, ultrasound, ECG, certified laboratory, 24-hour pharmacy, surgery, snake-bite anti-venom, rabies HyperRAB, wound care, IV wellness, dental, vaccinations, home visits, and Fit-to-Fly certification.
